Architecture Workshop
A one-day working session that pressure-tests the model and scopes the engagement.
A one-day closed-door session with the leadership team. We pressure-test the operating model against the four moats and leave with a sequenced read of next moves.
Quarterly Labs
A small cohort of non-competing founders meets quarterly to re-author one moat at a time. Working sessions, peer review, structural homework.
