What the day includes
- A 60-minute preparation call with the sponsor to define the decision and the constraints.
- A short pre-read circulated to participants, drawing on the material you already have.
- One facilitated day with 4–8 senior leaders.
- A decision brief issued within five business days.
- A 90-day action plan with named owners and dates.
- One 45-minute follow-up review to confirm the plan is moving.
How the room works
- Frame the decision and what would make each option right.
- Test the current model: customer value, pricing, delivery economics, and where machine capability changes the work.
- Work the realistic options against evidence, not enthusiasm.
- Decide, or record what remains open with an owner, the evidence required, and a deadline.
- Turn the outcome into a 90-day plan the room will actually own.

We do not guarantee the room will agree.
Where a decision cannot responsibly be closed in a day, the brief records it as open, with the owner, the evidence still needed, and the date it must be settled. That is a result, not a failure — and the 90-day plan is written around it.
The workshop is a standalone product. It does not exist to scope a later engagement, and no further work is implied by it.
