The engagement moves from the decisions established in Assess into the design of the target business model and the transition logic leadership can act on. Scope expands only where the business boundary requires it.
Typical work includes evidence review, leadership working sessions, architecture design, economic testing and transition sequencing.
What it excludes
- Software engineering, integrations and AI infrastructure — scoped separately with technical partners.
- Day-to-day implementation of the new model — that is Transform.
- Guaranteed revenue or cost outcomes.
