What we build

We work with organizations entering new growth markets, launching new offers, or redesigning how they create, sell and deliver value.

Depending on the business, the work may include pricing logic, databases, assessments, scoring models, waitlists, subscriptions, customer journeys, automated communications, dashboards, AI workflows and market-facing platforms.

01 · Healthcare · Market launch

From brand to market in one month

A physician-founded on-demand house-call service in a major U.S. metro needed to go from brand identity to live market presence in a single month.

Objective
Launch a new category of care with a waitlist, a launch campaign and the acquisition system to build initial demand.
What we built
The customer journey from first awareness to booking: barriers to adoption, reasons to buy, trust points. Promotional pricing as a rule set with waitlist incentives, first-customer and referral credits and defined validity windows. A financial model with one assumptions layer for launch and acquisition decisions. A waitlist database connected to offers, referral tracking and launch communications. Segmented lifecycle communications with client approval built into publishing. A multi-channel launch across paid social, search, local events, influencers and PR.
AI leverage
AI supported campaign optimization and reporting, helping the team read launch signals faster across paid, PR and digital channels.
Business effect
A coordinated local launch was managed as one market system rather than a collection of disconnected marketing activities.
Result
Brand and go-to-market delivered in one month. The first house calls took place within two weeks of launch.

02 · Home improvement · AI-enabled sales flow

Lead-to-proposal operating system

An importer and installer of premium European windows with ten years in business and 240+ completed projects ran estimating, scheduling and proposals by hand.

Objective
Replace a manual estimating and proposal process with an AI-enabled sales flow that moves the customer from configuration to estimate, measurement and final proposal with minimal human intervention.
What we built
Historical orders and product rules became a structured estimate model with explicit human and system decision points: the system handles the preliminary estimate and routing, people remain for physical measurement and exceptions. An online estimator calculates from window configuration and emails the estimate without human preparation. On acceptance the system opens self-scheduling for the in-home measurement. Factory recommendations returned by email are processed by an AI agent into the final technical proposal with invoice. A lead database holds estimate history, qualification flags, bookings and proposal versions.
AI leverage
Preliminary estimating moved from a person to the system. Scheduling moved to customer self-service. Proposal assembly moved to an agent-driven workflow.
Business effect
More opportunities can be processed without adding equivalent estimating and administrative capacity. Human work is concentrated on physical measurement and exceptions.
Result
Platform and estimator live. The system handles the transaction; people enter where judgment or physical work creates value.

03 · Investment research · Publishing

Independent research publishing system

An independent equity research brand had institutional-grade analysis across global equities, sectors and macro, with no system for distribution, discovery or reader conversion.

Objective
Turn research into a scalable publishing system with consistent classification, subscriber capture, gated content and compliance logic.
What we built
Two content types, essays and formal reports, with distinct publishing rules. A controlled taxonomy across content type, topic, asset class, region and reader level, with series links. A structured content database where every publication carries category, tags, author, data-as-of date and gate setting. Reports in two forms, downloadable and read-online, with chart exhibits backed by data tables. Per-piece gating that separates the public preview from the subscriber body, with subscriber capture feeding one publication list. A compliance framework covering named positions and regional financial-promotion requirements.
AI-ready knowledge layer
Research was converted from documents into structured, machine-readable knowledge through taxonomy, metadata, series relationships, access rules and publication history. This is the foundation for AI-assisted retrieval, discovery, summarization and future personalization.
Result
Live with a growing library of formal reports and a commentary series.

04 · Professional association · Continuity

Institutional operating platform

A student-led professional association at a New York business school and its investment research group needed a platform that outlasts any single board or semester.

Objective
One institutional home for members, partners, speakers and recruiters, with research produced and preserved to one standard across leadership cycles.
What we built
The research practice as an institution: five divisions, a six-step research protocol, three standard outputs and analyst guides setting one standard for thesis, valuation, catalysts, risk and presentation. A platform covering the organization, divisions, events, leadership, resources and participation, with structured records that update each term without a rebuild. A research library organized by division and output type, so each semester adds to the archive. Separate intake flows for membership and partner or speaker requests, each writing into its own contact structure under a defined data-use policy.
AI-ready knowledge layer
Research standards, analyst guides and institutional records became a structured knowledge base that can support AI-assisted onboarding, retrieval and research discovery across leadership cycles.
Business effect
Institutional knowledge becomes reusable beyond the people serving on a particular board or research team.
Result
The organization's first industry conference drew 160+ attendees and was co-hosted with two peer university associations; OM developed the press release and announcement.

05 · Managed IT services · New reason to buy

Growth engine for a regulated-industry IT provider

A managed IT services provider serving healthcare, finance, legal and accounting firms of 40 to 150 employees grew by referral in a mature, increasingly commoditized security category.

Objective
Move from referral-led growth to a repeatable pipeline in regulated industries, with AI enablement as the lead product and a measurable path to contract.
What we built
AI security selected as the entry wedge into the broader managed-security relationship. A founders workshop that fixed the ideal customer, positioned AI enablement as the entry product and defined the 12-month engagement. One conversion path: content and outreach, an AI and compliance risk scorecard, a readiness assessment, a compliance blueprint, managed services. A weighted scoring engine across compliance and AI-readiness dimensions with instant results and lead routing. Two gated compliance checklists feeding the same qualification system. Founder and company content programs, a six-week paid demand pilot and a press launch, each layer added only after the previous one produced a signal.
AI leverage
AI security became the commercial entry point. The assessment identifies AI-security urgency and readiness before the sales conversation begins.
Business effect
AI created a higher-interest door into a mature security category. Once an AI-security gap is identified, the provider has a natural path into broader security and managed services.
Result
Growth engine in delivery. AI changed how cybersecurity gets sold.
