AI-Native Transformation Partnership · scope agreed together
We stay with the leadership team through the change, not just the decision.
OM works alongside your leadership and teams as you transition to an AI-native business model: defining the customer value the business must deliver, architecting the changes to offers, pricing, and delivery, and guiding the people who have to make those changes work.
This is the core OM engagement, and you can enter it directly — a diagnostic or workshop first is useful, never required. The call is a qualification conversation: sponsorship, urgency, scope, internal capacity, and investment readiness. Nothing is purchased on this site.
Who it fits
A CEO or business-unit leader with an executive mandate, a material business-model challenge, and an internal team available to carry the work forward — where the need clearly extends past a diagnosis or a single leadership decision.
What happens every month
- Two 90-minute working sessions each month on the active architecture decisions.
- One 60-minute executive review each month.
- Up to two 60-minute targeted team sessions each month for role changes, capability building, or adoption barriers.
- Up to two consolidated asynchronous decision or review requests per week through one agreed channel, normally answered within two business days.
- Preparation, decision records, action tracking, and a monthly progress brief within the agreed scope.
Base scope: One business unit, one primary transformation objective, and up to two active workstreams. An executive sponsor and a named internal program owner. An agreed work program, reviewed monthly.
Tangible outputs
- A maintained target business-model architecture within the agreed boundary.
- A prioritised transformation program with owners and dependencies.
- Human/AI responsibility and decision-rights maps.
- Role and capability transition plans for the affected teams.
- A decision log and an escalation path.
- A monthly business-and-adoption progress brief.
- A quarterly review and next-phase recommendation.
- A handoff of agreed routines, decisions, and remaining work at the end of the engagement.
The initial phases
Establish direction and accountability
Validate the business-model priority, reuse any prior diagnostic or workshop work, and agree the baseline, the architecture choices, the owners, and the first 90-day program. Clients entering directly get the alignment work needed inside the contracted boundary.
Put initial changes into practice
Support the chosen offer, pricing, or delivery changes, define roles and decision rights, build the relevant human capability, and work through adoption obstacles with the internal owner.
Evaluate and embed
Review business and adoption evidence, correct the approach, strengthen the learning loop, and transfer repeatable routines to your team. Then decide whether further work is warranted.
Optional continuation
Extend to the next agreed phase or business boundary under an updated work program. Extension is never automatic.
These phases are an indicative structure. Implementation dependencies can change the sequence, and six months is not a promise of a completed enterprise transformation.
Who does what
OM
Business-model architecture, leadership facilitation, support for role and capability transition, and review of progress and strategic coherence.
Your team
Executive decisions, budgets, staffing, internal execution, access to data, and accountable program ownership.
Technical partners, where required
Engineering, integrations, agent configuration, infrastructure, testing, and production operation. Separately scoped.
You own execution. OM can help articulate business requirements and review alignment with the agreed model; technical vendor management or technical acceptance is included only when expressly scoped.
Not included
- Software engineering and production AI operations.
- Platform licences, legal or security certification.
- Unlimited training or outsourced sales and marketing execution.
- Full-time program management.
- Unlimited founder access — this is a bounded monthly program, and additional units, workstreams, facilitation, or hands-on delivery need a revised scope and fee.
Business results depend on your decisions, data, execution, and market conditions. The fee and scope do not imply guaranteed revenue or savings.
Scope and investment
Discuss your scope.
Scope and fee are agreed after a conversation. The typical initial scope is six months, agreed before kickoff. Broader work — additional business units, further workstreams, or hands-on delivery — is quoted separately. Travel, technical implementation, and third-party tools are scoped on their own.
Looking for a single focused six-week project rather than an ongoing partnership? The Re-Architecture remains available as a separately scoped engagement.
